BtoB and Export Development Manager

The Sowe team is looking for its BtoB France and Export Development Manager.

About the position

Reporting to the brand's founder, we're looking for a motivated and dynamic person to join our team.

As BtoB Development Manager France and Export , your role will be to develop our presence in the B2B market by managing and opening distributors and strategic accounts in France and Europe. You will have a strategic role within the company and will be the pillar of the brand's commercial development.

You will already have experience in managing strategic accounts and distributors, preferably in the swimwear/textile industry.

This role requires commercial skills, team spirit, fashion awareness, versatility and an entrepreneurial attitude.

Main responsibilities

• Participate in the creation of the brand's commercial expansion strategy
• Develop distribution and open new wholesale and key accounts in France and Europe
• Identify and prospect a network of qualitative wholesale retailers with the aim of developing market share.
• Make proposals and be on the lookout for additional customer opportunities
• Manage and develop sales of strategic accounts
• Develop a long-term strategy with each account and negotiate commercial conditions
• Manage and animate the network of distributors and resellers
• Monitor performance and analyze sales to optimize results
• Participate in trade shows and industry events, and provide sales and marketing support to customers
• Follow up existing customers and key accounts
• Ensure sales management and feedback to management
• Support the management, marketing and product team

Profile required

Trained and experienced in sales, you are dynamic and motivated, with a taste for business development and entrepreneurship, and excellent listening, analytical and organizational skills.

• Experience in sales development in France and abroad in the swimwear and/or textile market
• Excellent negotiation and customer relations skills
• Good interpersonal skills, dynamic, proactive, perseverant, versatile 
• Strong autonomy
• Agility and adaptability
• Fluency in English (B2 minimum) essential, other languages a plus
• Proficiency in Pack Office (Excel, Powerpoint) and other software/applications

Mobility required: travel required for the job.
