• Point Relais(shop2shop): Free from 150€ of purchase, otherwise 4.95€ - Delivery to a relay point in 2 to 3 working days from dispatch.

• Express: 9.95€ - Delivery to a relay point in 24 working hours in France for all orders placed before 1 p.m. from Monday to Friday

Returns are easy and free from mainland France (excluding sales and promotions). You have 14 days after receiving your order to return your purchases to us if they are not suitable. We do not make exchanges, only returns against credits or refunds. Only one prepaid return label will be generated per order.

Return via relay point: Free (except during sales or promotions). A prepaid label will be provided to you.

Return to the Biarritz store: Free. You can drop off your package in our official store. Return costs are not covered for a return from a country other than mainland France. However, the customer can pay and download a shipping label to their account to return their package from their country.
