Refund policy

Returns are free from mainland France (excluding sales, outlet, and promotional items).
From Europe and the rest of the world, return shipping costs are at your expense.

You have 14 (fourteen) days (unless otherwise limited by the legal withdrawal rights described in the Terms and Conditions) from the date of receipt of your order to return your purchase for free in exchange for a credit note or a refund.

Returned items must be new, with all original elements (tags, hygiene protection, removable padding, straps), and in their original packaging.

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or style, simply place a new order on our online shop.

RETURN FROM MAINLAND FRANCE

Return shipping costs are covered for returns from mainland France, and are at your expense for returns from European countries.

1. Pack your new items with their original tags, packaging, and the order slip.

2. Click the button below “Request a return” and follow the instructions.

3. Print your return label and stick it on the parcel.

4. Drop the parcel at a designated drop-off point.

5. Receive your refund within 10 to 15 business days after the parcel is received at our warehouse.

   RETURN FROM THE REST OF THE WORLD

1. Pack your new items with their original tags, packaging, and the order slip.

2. Click the button below “Request a return” and follow the instructions.

3. Print your return label and stick it on the parcel.

4. The carrier will inform you of the next steps.

5. Receive your refund within 10 business days after the parcel is received at our warehouse.
