CDD and CDI 35h : Sales consultant / Biarritz

We are recruiting for two positions in our Biarritz boutique:

A sales consultant on fixed-term contract, 35h / week for the month of October 2024

A sales consultant on permanent contract, 35h/week from mid-December 2024.

Your objective will be to make the boutique a must for shopping in Biarritz.

With excellent interpersonal skills, you will welcome each customer and help them discover the brand's universe and values.

You'll have a thorough knowledge of the collection, and you'll give size and shape advice with the aim of building customer loyalty and increasing sales.

Your role

You are the brand's ambassador.

You are responsible for developing the sales outlet in line with the company's sales policy.

Reporting to the brand's creator:

You will participate in the development of sales and performance indicators.
You will build customer loyalty through your advice, your attitude and the development of our database.
You will manage the cash register and stocks.

You are responsible for the brand's image:
o Store maintenance
o Merchandising, cleanliness
o Unique customer experience

Profile required

You have proven sales experience, ideally with a women's ready-to-wear or swimwear brand.

You have a strong awareness of fashion and its ecosystem.

You're numbers-driven.

You have an ambassadorial attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.

Sparkling, you'll bring a good mood to the boutique.

A good listener, you're keen to contribute to the brand's overall dynamic.

You have an excellent sense of customer service.

You are able to greet customers and conduct sales in English.
