Communication and Customer Experience Assistant

Sowe Biarritz, the swimwear and ready-to-wear brand inspired by the lifestyle of the Basque Coast, is offering an internship at the heart of its expansion.

Join the team and take part in Sowe's development, as a communications and customer experience assistant.

We're looking for a creative, versatile and rigorous profile to handle community management and guarantee an excellent digital customer experience. You'll be working with both the brand's founder and the marketing and e-commerce manager.

Tasks

Optimizing the customer experience

 You will be our e-shop customers' first point of contact with the Sowe team. You will ensure that their brand experience is positive by responding to their requests and comments on all points of contact with the brand (e-mail, social networks, chat).

As such, you will have a perfect knowledge of the collections and be driven by the desire to make the brand perform.

Content creation and management & community management

Social networks: Creative and curious about trends on social networks, you will be responsible for proposing and producing content in line with the editorial line, publishing it and analyzing it.

E-shop: You'll play a key role in running the e-shop. In line with marketing campaigns, you'll be responsible for proposing new content, writing article sheets and blog posts, carrying out sales analyses, etc.

Your good knowledge of the women's fashion ecosystem, your perfect mastery of video creation tools, your aesthetic sensibility, and your ability to measure the performance of your actions will enable you to make the brand's image shine on the digital front.

Profile required

Autonomous, inquisitive, methodical, with excellent writing skills, you are able to make proposals. You enjoy working as part of a team in an ever-changing environment where adaptation is the watchword. Fluency in English and Spanish would be a plus.

4 to 6 months internship

Location: Bidart (on site)

Start date: between January and March 2026
